We use Chambourcin grapes to craft our Rosé. In contrast to our Chambourcin wine, we harvest the grapes earlier, when they’re higher in acidity. When the grapes are pressed, we don’t allow the skins to have any contact with the juice. Hence, the especially light hue.
Our Rosé evokes a perfect balance of fresh fruit and mouthwatering acidity, with a crisp, clean finish, making it a versatile wine that beautifully complements an array of dishes and occasions.
